This is the universal 12-month system I use to learn any language to a conversational fluency.

Daily time commitment: 30-90 minutes (increases gradually as you build habits)

• Months 1-3:Build foundation with writing system, vocabulary, and reading
• Months 4-6:Develop listening and speaking skills through audio practice
• Months 7-9:Practice conversations and internalize grammar through dialogue
• Months 10-12:Full immersion without translation aids

Note: Each language is different. I modify this template based on what I'm learning. If the language's writing system is similar to English (e.g. European languages), month 1 usually lasts 1 day.
